Inkslip

Inkslip terms of service

Effective September 28, 2026

Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you, the merchant who installs Inkslip on a Shopify store, and AndrewTechful ("we"), who provides the app. By installing or using Inkslip you accept them. Shopify's own terms continue to govern your Shopify account, your store and how Shopify bills you for apps.

What the app does

Inkslip prints invoices, packing slips and quotes for your Shopify orders and draft orders, as pages your browser prints or saves as PDF. It numbers invoices, and quotes, each in a sequence of its own, the first time each is issued, and a document keeps its number every time it's printed again. If you turn it on, your customers can download their own invoices. Inkslip sends no email.

Your responsibilities

Plans and billing

The free plan issues up to 50 new documents a calendar month (UTC). A document counts the first time it's issued, never when it's printed again, and once a month's 50 are used, documents already issued still print.

Charges are made through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Development stores are given test charges, which are never billed. Prices are shown in the app before you pay, and on the app's Shopify App Store listing.

If you believe you were charged in error, email info@andrewtechful.com and we will look into it with you; any refund is issued through Shopify. We may change prices for future purchases and billing periods, and we will tell you in the app before a change applies to you.

Your data

How the app reads, stores, keeps and deletes data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms: Inkslip privacy policy

We use your store's data only to provide the app to you. We do not sell it or share it with anyone except the service providers the privacy policy names.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may improve or change the app. If we change these terms in a material way, we will post the new version here with a new effective date; using the app after that means you accept the change.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. Shopify remains the record of your orders, and each invoice's number is also kept on its order in Shopify.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin; a monthly plan ends, and your data is deleted as the privacy policy describes. Export your settings first to keep your last invoice number. We may suspend or end access for a store that breaks these terms or whose payment fails, and we will tell you why.
